Low carb, high veggie and protein diet. Low maintenance exercise. No dairy, bread, rice, starches in general.

Started all this and lost 15 lbs in a month and a quarter. Got to keep up blood sugar and eat 5 times or more a day and drink a TON of water.

I've been fasting. I check my blood sugar level, in the morning, to make sure I'm able to fast that day. If its normal I'll start a fast I go for about 10 to 20 hours. Checking blood sugar mid fast as well but No more than 20 because I've dealt with anorexia and bulimia so I'm trying to lose weight in a healthy way. Even though I want the results faster it took me 3 or more year to become diagnosed as a pre diabetic with PCOS and I now understand that it's going to take time for me to lose the weight. I use Vora app on the Google play store.
