Same!! The exhaustion feels like it's never ending -- go bed early and sleep in -- nothing helps. I also have the back pain as well. Before I knew I had PCOS I was seeing a physical therapist. This helped a little with the back pain as well as doing pelvic floor exercises.

I feel like I am always exhausted I went to bed at 8pm and up at 7 am and still felt exhausted Idk what to do about that I just know it is horrible

Yup! At times throughout the day I feel like I could fall on my face I'm so tired. But then I'll be fine and get a second wind. And I have horrible back pain. I read somewhere that a high level of one of those hormones that's messed up with us can cause inflammation.
