Hello everybody, what I want to know is are there any support groups or 5k walk or something that I can get involve with here in Greensboro NC or any place near by?....my pcos case is very severe and I really need the support. I use to think I can hide it but now not physically, mentally, financially nor spiritually hide it anymore. I must find a way to embrace it before I loose it (mentally I mean). Starting a support group is a good idea! Maybe you can start a group using the site called "Meetup" and send invitations out to people in your area! Or you could just start a page on FB for local women in your area suffering from PCOS and set up activities with them!
