I do what christina said every morning. And its helped a lot with that craving. 💚

I have a major sweet tooth. I use to try alternatives like yogurt or fruit. Since working with my Dr and seeing my blood work I found out that these things were still having a negative impact on my blood sugar and insulin levels. Now I use gum sweetened with xilatol if I have a bad sugar craving and I take a Chromium supliment 2X a day to help diminish cravings. So far so good.

My weakness is sugar! But I did find healthy alternatives like fresh fruit, flavored yogurt, or fruit and oatmeal! I also started adding less sugar in sweets that I homemake!

I always have enjoyed sugar in the morning. Staying away from it has been hard. I don't even think I'm insulin resistant as my glucose levels have always been normal and so was my weight for most of my life. Sugar did contribute to my weight gain though.
