I’m still fairly new to my PCOS journey and because of where I was in life, I wasn’t overly focused on it.
However, I’m trying to start really focusing on it and for me I like to track things to see how I’m improving. What do you think is important to track? What should I look for?
Okay so you can track ovulation if your ttc, you might also want to get your hormone levels checked out through some blood tests so you know how your body is working etc, and then go from there it really depends on what your tryig to do in life, some woman want babies so track their pcos for that reason, others want to try and just be healthier and fitter to help their symptoms.
I have a diary i write all my issues in and i also use a pcos app to note down any changes in my body etc as
Some drs are
Bloody useless with pcos.
This one hun :)
Jenna, what app are you using? I didnt realize there was one out there!
