Has Anyone Tried Berberine For PCOS?

I’ve read it can help with PCOS and that women have noted weight loss and a reduction in sugar cravings with its use.

I used it and it deffo helped i could feel a difference :) i couldnt say for sure if it helped with weight loss but it deffo helped make a difference

I have never used Berberine, actually this is the first I'm hearing it, BUT there are things that taste sweet that you could eat as an alternative. From what I've read we can eat berries in moderation so if you are having a rough time with a sweet craving have some strawberries, or raspberries.

I used berberine for about 4 months and I had the same side effects as Metformin. I think it did help with the sugar cravings
