I recently had weight loss surgery (vsg- sleeve) on 7/23/19. I have only loss 16 lbs since that day. I am so disappointed and discouraged. At my 3 week checkup my doctor said I was on the lower end of the weight loss spectrum basically I should have loss more weight than that but I just feel as if my PCOS has a lot to do with it. Anybody else had vsg weight loss surgery and succeeded? I feel so alone. Any suggestions?

Walking should really help.. are you getting enough nutrients? I know you can’t eat much but are you on schedule as far as what you should be intaking? Also, everyone’s body is different so don’t compare your journey to someone else’s. Your tool will work!
