I just had a baby 2 1/2 weeks ago. My breastmilk supply is really low. I only get 2-3 1/2 per day. I have been pumping and still cannot produce enough milk for my daughter and to supplement with formula. Had anyone else had this problem? What can I do or take that is natural to produce more milk? Thank you!

I drink at least 10 bottles 16.9 oz water bottles a day. I eat lots of veggies too. I breastfeed my 2 yr old and 7 month old. Sometimes I gotta pump milk on top of that. Takes me 3 mins on breastpump to fill a 5 oz bottle. I can say stay hydrated it works for me.

Thank you for your response. Yes I eat enough and I eat really healthy. No process food, I eat gluten, dairy and refined sugar free. All fresh vegetables, fruits, organic chicken, beans. I also take my supplements that my nutritionist recommends for me. I only drink water and sometimes oat milk. I pump and I try to let my daughter latch on but she gets frustrated because it doesn’t come out fast enough for her. So I pump and I only get 3-4 1/2 oz per day.
