Hey, has anyone else experience vagina dryness and low sex drive? What do you recommend to increase them?

I can’t reoeat this enough. It starts with your diet. Eat well. And eat starches. You have to. I do not know who decided a long time ago that getting rid of potatoes and unbleached bread was a good idea, but that low carb nonsense has left us all saying, why am I so tired all of the time?? Why am I so stressed? Eat your starches, but like everything, in moderation. Some people really need those because they are sensitive to stress. I am one of them. I followed a dr who advised incorporating starches back in slowly with each meal to get rid of adrenal fatigue. It has done wonders. I am 47 and do not have the problems you do at all, if that says anything. You sound like you’re 50, and that’s not good. Just trying to save you. That’s all. I’m including a pic of what your plate should be filled with each meal. I have followed this, and I am so happy. I am 47, have PCOS, and I actually ovulated this month, thanks to the advice of the dr and this plate.

That's the thing, I still eat wild rice, brown rice, quinoa, gluten free oats etc. I've had this problem for about 2 years now but up until recently, I wasn't restricting my diet to certain types of foods and I was constantly breaking out in addition to terrible nauseating cramps and other lovely symptoms. I wasn't necessarily eating the most balanced meal but I have never cut anything out of my diet completely. I just started using this meal plan that I attached. Is there anything wrong with this?
