I’m so tired of being sick 24/7 and nothing helps with the nausea. I’ve tried zofran, regalin, and natural remedies. Does anyone else experience chronic nausea? Wow....Girlfriend, you have it bad. I have nausea galore and constant Diarrhea from Metformin. It took me more than 5 years to control it. Dramamine helped me some and a lot of sour foods or crackers. I used to get so hungry that i would chance it and take two bites and feel so sick afterwards. i found simple foods to start off with that was gentile to my stomach and i went from there. Plain soda crackers was my first and then Jumba Juice. If you can Juice, it maybe a good start. Pickles, sour plums and lemon squirted into my water. It will always be touch and go but i know you can do this.
