My doctor didnt advise me to stay away from potassium rich foods. But online it says to stay away from it. Does that mean avoid it completely or just eat a little? Anyone else heard of this?

I took spiro, and never avoided potassium rich foods. My doctor monitored my pottasium levels every 6 months and i never had an issue.
