Yes..I use FLO & easy home. I also bought OVUSENSE which is specifically for PCOS and it tracks your bbt as well as using their calendar to keep track. My advice is track wtvr u can and don't stop, one day all your note taking & input will be helpful to you or your Dr.

I wish I tracked each period or spotting earlier on when I was 16...here I am 10 years later struggling but luckily last 2 years I've been documenting on the FLO app etc and its helped me understand my body a lot more.

I use the app called lunar to help me track my cycles. It's very useful to know how long my cycles last until having another cycle. This period tracker helps me to know my cycle patterns.

I find that using womanlog has helped. The more you use it the more accurate the period tracking works. You can set it on a cycle of set days or you can have it estimate your cycle. If you know your previous period info you can input it and it will give you better readings. Been using it for about a year.
