I had the morena iud after the birth of my first son, and it really messed with my mood. I was constantly in a "blah" foggy place - I never felt really happy. I had it removed after 10 mos because I didn't feel like "me" anymore.

Otherwise, I couldn't physically feel it, no pain during sex and I only had a couple periods while on it.

Im a bit scared for this: Mirena is primarily a contraception and not a treatment for PCOS but your experience makes me less scared i think i should just try and if my pcos complaints come back i can always go back on the pill.
