I have been recently diagnosed with PCOS and struggling with severe hair fall, weight gain and unwanted hair growth. My gynaecologist said its Atypical PCOS as my ultrasound revealed no cysts on ovaries. I have been prescribed Metformin but I am scared of taking it due to its side effects. My periods are kind of irregular(early periods) which is usually within 25 - 32 days

I had the same problem for 10 yrs untill i changed not my diet but my water u see all water is not made equally most water us full of chloride and all bottle watters have chemicals even the fake alkaline brands which speeds up aging

Hi, im taking myoinsoitol and its working for me so far. I would recommend also reading Jolene Brighten’s book Beyond the Pill.
