Dizziness/lightheaded

I recently just stopped taking birth control pills. But, the past few days i have been experiencing these wierd dizzy spells & feeling light headed. Its kind of a scarey feeling.. has anyone else experienced this?

I didn't experience that when I stopped all of my birth control. Do you have allergies. I get very lightheaded due to allergies. I have had to take meclizine, a prescription medication to help control it.
