Oh my God
I was just watching a video about pcos and difeceincy and you know what? The woman in the video actually said that she had V D deficeincy and when she took it she had her period naturally for the first time in years

WHAT IF YOUR BODY IS NOT DIGESTING WELL?
Did you check that? It is a crucial thing
I was not someone who would digest their food well
Idk about now but skme symptoms I had had actually got way better it might have been due to some dietry changes I did (even if they were little small changes)
Really, check that out with your doctor

Have you had your b12 levels checked? Mine were extremely low last year to the point where I thought it was some sort of autoimmune disease. I had numbness, neuropathy, the whole nine yards. I eventually went to a neurologist where nerve, blood and mri tests were done. The bottom line, I had a b12 deficiency. My neurologist put me on a regimen of shots which you have to be on forever and my symptoms dissipated. I don't really take the shots any longer. I take the b12 drops under the tongue everyday and my blood work levels are normal. I still have symptoms of numbness from time to time but I think it is a circulatory issue. Good luck!

I see some of your posts dear and I am really worried
Alot of symptoms you mentioned actually are things I read, symptoms of mineral dificeincy
https://arltma.com/mineral-information/
Please check this
Check zinc, copper, magnisium, potassium, sodium, and calcium
