Portion Control?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I would like to incorporate portion control into my life but I don't know how to start. Does anyone have any ideas on food portion control? Should I buy smaller plates?

Food scale! Its tedious and annoying...but can be eye opening when you start seeing the actual reccomended portion size! After a while you can eyeball 4 oz of chicken or 200g of rice more precisely. Using a weight unit of measurememt is always more accurate than using cups or teaspoons. Smaller plates can be helpful for some, but i lke a big dinner plate and plating my food so its pretty.

I started by measuring/weighing all my food and logging what I eat into MyFitnessPal. This has taught me a lot about portions and staying accountable. I hope you find what works for you!
