Spironolactone

Has anyone tried spironolactone? If so, did you see any changes (good/bad) or experience any side effects? I get crazy pelvic pain every once in a while.. i tried this medication before but stopped for a while. I just started back up on it again to help with my water retention but my pelvic pain is ridiculous... anyone experience this? Or just have pelvic pain because of pcos? Please let me know! Thanks in advance

Now I wonder if it’s the really been the spironolactone, but i can’t go without it my head hair thins and I get real hairy within 3 months

I get really bad lower back pain that radiates to my hips I think but yeah I also wanna cry sometimes from the hip pain if it gets real bad :/
