I suspect my pcos worsens if I face a bit of stress. Even a small amount. When I was younger I thrived on a bit of stress to get things done but my teenage years were not good. I suffered a lot due to stress and continued to suffer throughout my 20s. Now that I'm in my 30s, I've said screw you stress, quit my job and worked from home but my life is far from stress free. Haven't been diagnosed, but my PCOS symptoms are definitely worse when I'm not managing stress. Daily yoga and meditation have really helped me, even if all I can manage is 15 seconds of focusing only on breathing deeply. And definitely cut out all processed sugar!

I take stress tablets, Valdisper. I dobt know if they sell them overthere. I also have with melatonin for sleep an normal ones and extra strong ones. I buy m when its 2 for the price of 1

Look into some adrenal support supplements. I take a couple and they help me wake up in the morning 🌄.
