Your English is almost perfect actually! Only thing is it's "about anything that can help me with hair loss." Crazy thing you can try is to cover your hair (with a scarf or something) when you're outside your house to protect it against pollution, UV rays, and other damage. My hair started thinning years ago, but stopped once I started covering my hair everyday. My hair is now thicker and softer than ever. How do I say "good luck" in Slovak? 🙂

Did scarf only help you? Any vitamins or shampoo with some magic in it ? 😜 Thank you so much, It so good to know that I am not alone with this problems. I also would like to ask if doctors gave you some medicine or something? My doctor just let me so, he said “ come back If you would like to have a baby, because I told him I am not ready for baby yet. But I dont think that this is a solution for my diagnose... 🤦‍♀️ It says “ veľa šťastia” ☺️

I too have a bald spot it seems to be getting better but I’m not sure if it will go away... I have hairs on my face and in places I don’t want. My bf’s family is Slovak although I’m not, but it’s shows how many women all over the place are affected.

Have your cortisol and thyroid tested. Low cortisol levels and low thyroid levels can cause hair loss. The thyroid and adrenal glands work together but most traditional doctors act like the adrenal glands are unimportant... They are very important. Try a holistic, naturapathic or Intergrative Care doctor, they are better educated when it comes to adrenal function.
