Ive never had this before so i dont even know what to think.. Yesterday it started to hurt when i pee. Not like burning, but it hurts. And i already have pelvic pain all the time. But then there was a discharge and some spotting too. I already pee a lot but i just constantly feel like i have to go even more. Any ideas what it is???

Members quickly recognized the original poster's symptoms as signs of a urinary tract infection, with many sharing their own experiences and offering practical advice. Several members recommended drinking plenty of water and cranberry juice to help flush the system, getting a UTI test from a drugstore, and seeing a doctor for antibiotics if symptoms persist, with one member warning about the serious complications of leaving a UTI untreated. A recurring theme was the importance of catching UTIs early, staying hydrated, and not hesitating to seek medical care when home remedies aren't enough.

If it is a UTI, cranberry juice is super helpful. If i ever start feeling like I’m coming down with a UTI, I start drinking lots of cranberry juice and lots of water, usually flushes out of my system in a day or two

Definitly sounds like a UTI - urinary track infection. If you catch it early enough you can flush it out with drinking water. But i highly recommend going to the doctor and getting anti-biotics.

An alternative to antibiotics for UTI is unfiltered organic apple cider vinegar, 2 tablespoons to a cup of water, a couple of times a day. It's awful tasting, but works very well. After the first day when it starts to work I usually water it down to 1 TBS per cup of water and take it for 3 more days.
