Has Anyone Read This Book?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I just started reading this book that a friend recommended to me. She battled infertility for two years and is convinced it is what helped her get pregnant. I'm only two chapters in but it is so interesting! I'm going to try the "plan" outlined in the book in the hopes that it will help me get pregnant. Have any of you read it or tried the recommended lifestyle changes? If so, what was your experience?
