Has Anyone Had A Period Where It Starts For One Day And Then Stops And Then Comes Back Like A Couple Of Day's Later?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I have had this problem for a while now and it's annoying. I never use to have this problem when I was younger it's been a recent thing. Like now I started bleeding yesterday and now there is nothing there. Please can anyone who has ever been through this tell me is there a way of regulating my period. Thank you in advance x.

@A myPCOSteam Member. I tried birth control and it made it worse. The period was fine after it only disappeared for a couple of hours on that day and returned to normal after. I am currently taking myo inositol.

The birth control pill is the worst thing you could do, its long term side effects are awful!
Yoga is great!😁

Do speak with your gynecologist, he/she may prescribe you birth control to help regulate your cycle. However, if you believe in regulating the natural way i.e pills/shots then there is dieting, exercising (exercises particularly targeted towards PCOS), yoga

Same here except 21 days between but was hemorrhaging at that time. Found out uterus lining was too thick and had to get endometrial biopsy last Friday. Please talk with your gyn. PCOS can lead to uterine cancer.
