Pregnancy After Miscarriage
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question πŸ’

How soon was anyone able to get pregnant again after a miscarriage? What were the symptoms?

Or when did you have another cycle?

I’m taking inositol. I started taking it in small doses (half a scoop) and I would increase it every week until I got to the recommended 2 scoops a day. (one with each meal)
The only side effects I experienced was I felt a bit down for a few days each time I increased the dose.
Inositol has brought my period back. Although still irregular, I have a period every month now. πŸ™ŒπŸ½ Inositol has decreased my acne and also decreased my hunger and cravings . It’s definitely worth giving it a go. I would advise you buy it in powder form because it’s a lot easier. All you do is add your singular dose to your drink. Drink whilst your having your meal or straight after. No taste ! πŸ‘… πŸ₯€ x

In May 2014 I had a miscarriage and then got pregnant that following year around September. Some people usually conceive sooner but it all depends on your cycle, health in general, and supplements you're taking. Good luck 🀞🏽 and I'm so sorry for your loss πŸ˜”

First, im sorry about your miscarriage. Its hard to process and can be really painful. I had a positive test in Aug 2020 and miscarried sometime in the next few weeks. It wasn't clear when it happened exactly. But it took me until Jan to have a medically induced period (using a progesterone challenge so I could take ovulation meds). In Feb I had a regular cycle and in March I got pregnant again using Letrozole and Metformin. Im now 6.5 mos with a seemingly healthy baby. It took me a while to want to reach out to my doctor and ask for help with meds (i wanted to see if my body would rest on its own). once I did I was really glad. Hopefully your cycle comes back sooner and in a more regular way then mine did. Good luck on your ttc journey and the healing process
