It may seem obvious, but is much easier said than done: stress management! Even if you don't think you're stressed, taking time for relaxation & meditation/prayer can only benefit the endocrine system. The thing I love about meditation is that it can be done anytime anywhere! For example, driving gives my anxiety a run, so when I get in the driver's seat, before I even put the key in the ignition, I take ~30 seconds to deeply inhale Clary Sage essential oil & pray for a safe journey. I feel sooo much better afterwards & much more prepared to get on the road, and it only took 30 seconds. Stress-management can be useful in your daily life but also helps in the long run, not only to correct hormonal imbalances but to strengthen the immune system so you won't be as prone to UTIs & other illnesses.

I do a myoinositol and D-chiro supplement 2000 milligrams a day along with Dim 200mg because I had problems with testosterone and my estrogen but I also had a partial hysterectomy due to Adenomyosis for 20 yrs plus besides finding pcos as well. Best of luck welcome to the group
