I have started a diet which has detox included in it, for the first 2 days,I lost 2 kg but then maintained the weight for a week, my doc says that I should have lost more weight (given the detox) . Am I on the right track?
Eh...."detox diets" are kind of fishy to me. You lose mostly water weight in those instances. Weight loss is slow and not linear at all. Detox diets just stress my body out and i typically dont see huge results either. Kym Cambels 30 day pcos challenge helped me a lot!
