I'm 33. I have been dealing with extreme weight fluctuations, mood swings and excessively oily hair(like less than 24hr shelf life before I gotta wash) since puberty. I use to be very energetic now all of a sudden for seemingly no reason I have no energy to do even basic things sometimes even like take a shower(whatever I can muster goes to my kid). I agree with billie… Definitely get seen by a doctor and get blood tests ran, hormones does makes you extremly tired but also try and start taking multivitamins. If not already taking. They help me out alot with energy. Try and steer away from excess sugar. More water.

Have you had a blood sugar/insulin test? It could be the fluctuations of hormones which plays a massive part of that sluggish feeling plus hair loss and oily skin. If not already, i would defintely get some blood tests done.
