Does Anyone Have A Good Remedy For Insulin Resistance And Weight Loss?
Hello everyone!
I've been trying to create good remedies for insulin resistance and weight loss. I've never been able to find the perfect remedy for myself. I'm now on a consistent exercise schedule and I want to add more healthy things to my diet. I'm trying to start taking cinnamon more often. I wanted to focus on cinnamon tea or cinnamon water and see what kind of results I get.

@A myPCOSteam Member I'm sorry I didn't see your comment till now. Thanks for your suggestions! I'm already taking zinc and vitamin D with my cinnamon supplement. I've never tried iodine salt though. I hope you find joy with some other treatments. 😊
Edit: I wanted to add that I've also been taking Epsom Salt baths lately. Apparently, this helps reduce bloating and body fat. I've been using the Dr. Teals Epsom Salt Pink Himalayan mineral soak. It makes my usually dry skin feel so soft. It has also taken all the dark spots off my skin too. I'm super excited about it!
I did read that zink, iodine salt, and vitamins D is a teatment. So far, no joy.
