Berberine?

Has anybody ever taken this supplement to help with insulin resistance? Thank you!

Yes berberine is one of the greatest supplements but you have to take it only 6 months at a time bec it can be damaging to liver. So beware ladies. It is one of chinese medicines best supplement helps with the abundance in testosterone, also insulin resistance and body inflammation. But can only safely be used for 6 months.
