My period has been weird in the last couple of days it keeps changing flow and I'm a little bit worried about it. One minute the flow is light like spotting and then the next it's heavy.
Sometimes this happens to me if ive had busier more active days. It will he light whilst i’m sitting down not doing much, then if i start cleaning, walking or doing anything like that, it starts to get heavier! :)
