Mid Cycle Bleeding!

I just got off my period maybe a week ago and I woke up crampy and spotty.. i think ive experienced this before but it’s been a long time. This is pretty common for Pcos right?? I’m kind of panicking.

Ive had this happem before. If your worried you could ask your doctor. But as someone with pcos this happens often to me
