Is There A Possibility That My Pcos Is Becoming Insulin Resistant Or Is It Low Blood Sugar Levels?

I currently have adrenal pcos but with my current symptoms right now could this mean that it's changing? My body has been shaking, my heart rate goes up, I feel weak and tired all the time. Or could this been something else I believe that it's just low blood sugar levels. I believe that it could be low blood sugar levels because as soon as have something sugary like a bottle of coke or a pcl of sweets I feel a bit better for it. I would just get your A1c checked when you get blood work and also speak to your endocrinologist about your symptoms. There also are monitors they can give you to check your blood sugar a few times a day to make sure your low or high and then how to proceed on that.
