I would 100% recommend ring fit. When I got my diagnosis, it was one of the first things I bought to help lose the weight. It's been a life saver for me, mostly because it helped teach me how to exercise and take care of my body. It has varying levels of intensity you can set yourself, and you can choose what exercises you want to do.

It's not quite intense enough to burn a whole lot, or to gain a whole lot of muscle fast (tho I did gain quite a bit of muscle playing!) But I would definitely try it out if your new to exercise, it'll teach you how to do the exercises and build that mind-muscle connection, and in general will help you be healthier

I’ve never heard of this because my fave games are RPG. But looks interesting I might look into it. Maybe watch videos on YouTube might give you a good idea if you think it will help you get fit.
