Hello everyone! Have any of you tried Metformin and/or Spironolactone? What was your experience? Did it help and if so, how?

Yes, howevet, Do metformin and Myo D Chrio Inisotol instead of spirolactone. Look it up on Amazon it's very effective for PCOS patients. I didnt want to take another m3dication I wanted a more natural approach and I found it
