Does anyone know why I feel dizzy before my period and during my period?

I have noticed that every time before I start my period I experience dizziness. It also continues during my period.

This might be because you have anemia which is an iron deficiency. I got diagnosed with that and had similar symptoms around the same time I got diagnosed with PCOS.
