Does Anyone Else Having Constant Spotting But No Period?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I was diagnosed with PCOS and mild endometriosis in 2022. My periods have been irregular for a while now, I think it’s been around 3 months since my last period. However, for the last 4 weeks, I have spotted every day (red blood upon wiping, not enough to fill a pad) anyone else in a similar situation?

Hi Claire! Thank you for sharing. I also had a similar experience before I started the birth control pill. Long story short, I had irregular periods my whole life but never spotting, then I started the pill when I was 19 purely as birth control and it regulated my period (without spotting), then I stopped the pill when I was 22 to try to
get pregnant and I had irregular periods again and this time more frequent spotting that would range in duration between a day to a couple weeks. I’m 23 now and back on the pill, without spotting. I think usually the pill is the way to go to help with spotting and irregular periods, but I’ve been looking into natural remedies as well lately!
