A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I was sleeping last night and I woke up in pain and I was fine before I went to bed.
Sorry for all the questions I’m new to all this and still trying to figure it out.

Idk if it’s normal but that’s been one of my worst symptoms this past 6months. Horrible stomach cramping all hours of the day and night regardless of what food I have :/ eating a clean diet helps some..but sometimes the cramps just come no matter what. So sorry you’re dealing with anything like that too :(

i also think so it's normal. because it happens with me alot. Few months ago, i didn't got my periods for 2 months. As 18 years old, i thought it's okay. but one day i suddenly got a stomache which was reallyyy bad. i was crying and couldn't even sit.
