The best diet that I started ten years ago (and normalized my cycle) I’m still on it now but am having to re-balance after a seizure I had in august. However, going on an allergen free diet gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs, and peanut free is TREMENDOUSLY helpful. Have recommended this to many many women with thyroid issues, pcos, menopause weight gain struggles. And I can honestly say I’ve never seen bad results. You have to try it for at least 30days to see what foods might be causing inflammation and/or preventing you from losing weight. Anyways, just a suggestion. It has changed my life and a lot of people I know so I figured I’d suggest it! Best of luck to you!!
