Diet Plan ???
I am struggling to know what im allowed to eat and what im not, wheat,gluten etc. I dont have a clue?? I need to lose weight but don't know where to start. Some sites say certain things are good and others say theyre Bad. Anyone know any ideas that could start me off ??

Is SOY Milk Ok For Us Or Not?
Ive been reading and some say soy milk is ok while others say it isn't as it produces phyestrogens, dont think i spelt that right lol

Alpro almond milk is fine- either the roasted or the sweetened/ unsweetened one. You can also get hazelnut milk from alpro too- nice in coffee- a bit like hazelnut syrup taste!

Almost every time I have sex with my boyfriend, i experience extreme abdominal cramps afterwards and sometimes even during. I'm just wondering if anybody else has experienced this and has any solutions?

Anyone dealing with the āwonderfulā facial and chest hair?
I was given spironolactone but that gives me the tastes of pennies all day. I did the cream but it burns when I have to shave it. I used to wax my face which seemed to help, but now I work out in the public, I canāt walk around with a full beard until my next waxing day.

Any One Have Success With Electrolysis?
Ive been told electrolysis is the only way to remove permnetley unwanted body hair, esp on the face, as laser is not long term and for people with pcos ive seem to see alot of failed laser stories, but ive seen alot of positive on electrolysis , anyone have advice?
I can relate, I got electrolysis and the hair kept growing back. I get my facial hair waxed about every 10 days
