I really like prepping breakfast burritos or overnight oats! You can add so many things into each of them, which makes them really customizable. I add chia seeds and protein powder to my overnight oats and it helps keep me full. For the breakfast burritos, I cook the filling, wrap them up into low carb tortillas, grill them on both sides, and wrap them in tinfoil and keep them in the fridge. The next day, I just take one to work and heat it up!

I really like these! It’s hard to find on the go stuff for my diet since I don’t eat many processed foods and I’m allergy free but these are only 170 calories and completely vegan yet still give you 20g of protein and significant iron. I started drinking them to fill me up when I don’t want to eat food cause alot of the time food makes me too bloated honestly or if I just need to get some healthy calories in I highly recommend!
