Ive done fasting for the 1 time. 40 days. Only 1 whole grain bread with peanutbutter in the morning with a glass off lemonade and my bp meds. I drank tea and applejuice or cup of coco in the evening, no coffee. At night my supper, veggies only as i am a vegetarian 😅😅 but as close to nature as possible. And on sundays i had 3 meals a day and something extra. As a special day. And i lost 9 kilos. Im kind of doing it now and lost another 2 kilos. Next Thursday is Hemelvaartsdag, Ascension day, and i will do it again till Pentecost.

Also i didnt read my bp rising storys and spent the time making paintings by no. And researching recepices and leaning how to preserve food in case of an emergency.

I know this might sound extreme but I highly recommend gluten, dairy, soy, corn, egg, and peanut free!! Helps a ton….i recommend trying it for at least 30days and then reintroducing the foods one by one to see what you react to. It really works for a lot of symptoms…my symptoms get soo much worse when I go off it and it helps me keep weight off. I hope you find what works best for you though!

If you wanna look the diet up online that i got the idea from many years ago it’s called “the JJ virgin diet”. She explains a bit why she cuts out those foods but her book gets a little over the top about certain things (like times to drink water, etc) when the main gist in my opinion is cutting out the gluten, dairy, soy, corn, eggs, peanuts and artificial sweeteners (other than stevia or monk fruit extract) for 30 days and then reintroducing one by one to see what you react to or could be causing weight gain/other symptoms (I’ve found everyone I told to try this starting feeling better in a lot of ways and the weight loss along with it was just a huge added bonus)
I do eat fairly healthy…some of my go to’s are allergen free oats in the morning (I love Q’ia brand original- absolutely delicious) fruit, vegan yogurt, grain free granola, OWYN protein shakes.
