Yes, you are right. When you read an article, then it re-directs you to pay membership or a package that doesn't help you in the end.

I am very frustrated and overwhelmed. There is no straight answer for help, researching online consists of shuffling through the fake attention grabbing just to find some truth. Becoming so desperate to find help considering paying hundreds to thousands of dollars to someone who calls themselves a PCOS nutritionist but discovering it’s just another ploy. Having a bunch of tests done then having to wait months for someone to explain the results all the while your internal clock keeps on ticking making it that much harder to have a child naturally. Everything takes time, and time is becoming a stress. It’s exhausting.

Have you tried going to a fertility specialist? My OBGYN also has PCOS and she told me the usual- diet and exercise, but also Maca Root and mint teas. I don't know about your situation, but it helped regulate my cycles.
