Anyone have advice or know anyone with low cortisol and/or Addison’s disease/adrenal insufficiency?

My cortisol levels are extremely low and they aren’t sure why yet..guessing I’m going to need much more tests at next doctor. But if anyone has any advice I’d love to know…still struggling and in horrible agony with my GI symptoms, fatigue, etc (apparently prob all related to the cortisol)
