The mental aspect of it all is just as important as the physical symptoms and issues you have to deal with. Hardly anyone talks about the depression and anxiety that accompanied PCOS. Once you find a doctor that will actually listen to you about it all and get on the right track, it is immensely easier. And a huge weight off your shoulders.

Once you find a doctor that's on the same page as you , everything else starts to fall into place....the mental aspect (self-care heavy , whether it be journaling/coloring/meditating/therapy) , physical aspect (changing my diet somewhat and doing some small exercises... Something is better than nothing) , and lastly emotionally (being hard on myself made this year was hell , but with this newfound sense of purpose I discovered I expect 2025 to be easier) ....π
