PCOS is a lifelong condition but can be managed through lifestyle changes and some medications. A couple of years ago my pcos was so bad I couldn’t see a future for myself, but through changing things like my diet, exercise, managing stress levels through things like meditation and therapy, now I feel like a different person and a lot of my symptoms have disappeared. There’s always hope, it will get better.

Not reverse or remove it at all. Maybe only by surgery can you try and remove some cysts. But I believe it can only be handled and cared for through medication. I believe if you've got PCOS you've got it. The struggles you struggle with, but then you have a safe place and community like this where you can reach out and chat.
