I got married, and before I got married found out I have PCOS. And you just have to communicate openly and honestly to your partner about the struggles with PCOS especially during sexual encounters. Because it can be uncomfortable at times.

My bf is trying to help me reverse my pcos becuase it was extremely severe :( I’m struggling so hard with hair loss

It’s hard…becuase it’s so uncomfortable….there has to be a way to reverse these annoying symptoms. How can I be intimate when I feel like crap?
