Anyone Using Metformin? How Has Your Experience Been? Any Advice?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

Never talked to me about how dangerous that can be. All she ever did was yell at me for being overweight but did nothing to help me. I recently decided to switch doctors. The new one seems to have a great plan for helping us get pregnant. She started me on metformin to help regulate. She said it may also help me lose weight. I work out 2-3… read more

On Metformin ER 500mg. Is The Dose High Enough?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I see lots of people managing their PCOS and losing weight on high doses (+2000mg). I don't know what to expect with the lowest dose, Doctor does not think she will increase my dosage. My main concern is managing insulin resistance and weight loss.
