Its the second time as far as I can remember that it's happened to me as both times when my periods have started I've swapped my sensitive bladder pads for my period pads like I always do and every time I've gone to the toilet there's nothing on the pad, but there's blood on the tissue and it makes me think that my periods have somehow gotten "stuck" inside me. It's the only way I can think of to explain it.

So I had been on the pill for a decade and noticed my hair was thinning. With PCOS I was always too scared to get off the pill, but then starting thinking the pill was causing my hair to fall out so I decided to take a break as well as my ferritin (iron storage was low).
