For some reason these past few days to a week I've been getting pains in my left side around the area where my left ovary is. Recently tho it's go to both sides now

Hello all, I’m Yesenia and I’m new to the group. I was diagnosed with PCOS back in November 2022 and was told I was going to have a difficult time getting pregnant. So I had been on the pill for a decade and noticed my hair was thinning. With PCOS I was always too scared to get off the pill, but then starting thinking the pill was causing my hair to fall out so I decided to take a break as well as my ferritin (iron storage was low). I've been having cravings lately and decided to get a pregmate test since you can get a few for the price of one. I took a test at 5am after the 3rd time of having to go an 6min later its positive. Should I test again? The package says 5minutes no later on results.

It's been two years since I've had a period. I'm not on any kind of birth control and haven't been in the past 5 years. Today I woke up with pelvic pain and passed a big blood clot. I've been eating more recently because I've been recovering from an eating disorder and also have IBS. But due to the IBS I've lost about 10 lbs within the last two months.
