Has anyone suffered from brittle bones due to their pcos?

Has anyone suffered from brittle bones due to their pcos?

I was diagnosed with pcos around 10 years ago. 5 years ago I was diagnosed with osteoporosis (extremely brittle bones). At 22 years old this obviously isn't normal, and doctors seem to think it's down to my high testosterone levels.

Has anyone else experienced anything similar?

Hi Jeanna

I actually don't take anything to treat my pcos. So I would assume my estrogen levels are pretty off. Do you think magnesium would help?

Dizziness

Dizziness

Hi, I was diagnosed about 14 months ago. I was wondering if any of you ladies has ever experienced dizziness due to either PCOS itself or medication or anything like that. For the first time I've been extremely dizzy and this is the third day of me feeling like this. Please let me know if you have any clue as to what may be causing this for me. Thanks x

But I am having some trouble recently with getting rid of my belly. I had an accident 7 months go I badly sprained my ankle which means I am now limited to excersie due to still being in pain with my ankle. Has anyone tried berberine for PCOS?

I’ve read it can help with PCOS and that women have noted weight loss and a reduction in sugar cravings with its use.
