Yeast Infection Medication Helping With Weight Loss

Yeast Infection Medication Helping With Weight Loss

Hey all,

Has anyone ever had problems losing weight despite eating and exercising like they were told to and then get a yeast infection or something like that and it actually help you to lose weight?

I had one a few months ago and dropped all the weight I had gained in the past year and now it had come back up to pre infection weight. Still exercising like I am suppose to ( I walk a mile a day and do 20 minutes of weights along with getting yoga in) but it's still going up. I can't seem to… read more

Experiences With Metformin For PCOS

Experiences With Metformin For PCOS

I recently went to the doctor, since I just got insurance through my job. Given my history with PCOS, they ran labs to test all my levels , in order to best treat and control my symptoms. I got the blood test back yesterday, and I was prescribed 3 medications for various symptoms I have. One of the medications is Metformin, and I was wondering what was y'all's experience with the medication. I have been kind of on edge thinking about having to take it, as I wont be able to get in until Monday.

What Can I Do For Tiredness And Every Day Headaches?

What Can I Do For Tiredness And Every Day Headaches?

I have been feeling like I want to fall asleep again recently and to fight to keep myself awake I have been drinking coffee. I have also been having headaches a lot recently. My fiance pointed out that there is a possibility that the coffee could be the cause of headaches. But what if it's not the cause of the headaches. I have had this problem before where I'd suffer with headaches everyday, I wasn't drinking coffee back then. Any tips and advice is welcome thanks in advance.

I'm Struggling With Remembering Things At The Moment Does Anyone Else Suffer From Brain Fog And How Do You Deal With It?

I'm Struggling With Remembering Things At The Moment Does Anyone Else Suffer From Brain Fog And How Do You Deal With It?

I tend to be asked to do things or told what is happening but frequently forget and then only remember when someone reminds me and it's getting rather frustrating as being a forgetful 25 year old isn't ideal.

🤢

🤢

Has anyone else had issues with throwing up every few days? No certain types of foods seem to trigger it, and it can happen from after breakfast-waking up in the middle of the night to be sick. I’ve been on Metformin since April, and it was a little rough on me in the beginning, but I’ve been good with it for months now. The only other thing I can think of is that I just got put back on birth control a little over a month ago, and maybe it’s due to my hormones shifting? (Ps I’m definitely not… read more

Metformin And Vitamin B Deficiency

Metformin And Vitamin B Deficiency

I learned recently that long term metformin use is connected with vitamin B deficiency.

My doctor never told me about it, of course. A dietician I am working with told me. I was dealing with excessive fatigue and she made the connection it could be a vitamin b deficiency related to my 10-yr long metformin use.

I take a b-complex vitamin to get the right mix. I do think it has helped my energy levels.

Wanted to share in case this helps anyone on the forum here. ❤️
