Does Anyone Get Nauseous Even If It’s Not Pregnancy Related?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I sometimes feel nauseous and get really hot and then it goes away.

A myPCOSteam Member

I do too, but I don't know if it's related to my PCOS, which I doubt or if it's because of either my type 2 diabetes or something else.

Does Anyone Here Take Metformin Or Glucose Meds Who Is NOT Insulin Resistant And Find Any Benefits?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

So far my tests don’t show insulin resistance that I know of but the doctor was talking about putting me on metformin anyways. Anybody else benefitted from that? Did metformin regulate your cycle even if you didn’t have insulin problems?

A myPCOSteam Member

Totally agree with you, its always best to ask those who are dealing with these things on a daily basis, than health care professionals who may not be going through any of this themselves! I always… read more

I Have Lost So Much Hair, And It Will Not Grow. Has Anyone Found Anything To Help Their Hair Grow Again?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

But now my hair is so thin, stringy, and I swear I have what looks like a receding hairline. You can see my scalp in parts because my hair is so thin. I am so embarrassed. I don’t even like to look at myself in the mirror or see any pictures of myself. And since I had my hair cut short, it has barely grown at all. It’s still the same length, and I hate it. I just want my thick… read more

What Can I Do Or Take To Reduce Daytime Fatigue?
A myPCOSteam Member asked a question 💭

I’m eating what I should be eating. I’m taking all my vitamins b, c, d, and zinc but I’m still exhausted. It’s so hard to focus on and because I have to sleep all day. I’m eating vegetables, meat, fruit etc but nothing seems to help. I’m not sleeping hardly at night now because of insomnia.

A myPCOSteam Member

I’m sending good thoughts to you as well and hope you get a break soo. Thanks
