I was recently diagnosed with PCOS because I was having extreme pain (thought it was appendicitis for a hot second) and that prompted my doctor to refer me to an OBGYN who ran tests and ultimately diagnosed with PCOS. What Does Dry Yellow CM Means?

Lately, my CM have been either egg white or dry, I am not that great in knowing the type of my CM
But sometimes when I go to the bathroom I find dry yellow discharge, but when I wipe it is always egg white.
Anyone know what that is? Because it has been more and more lately and its kinda worrying me

So, here is my dilemma, which I know a lot of you share with me.

I have a few weird eating things:
- Not a big meat eater
- I crave sweets
- If nothing sounds good I will not eat, I have to want to eat it.
- I have a lot of nausea
- I get very bored with eating the same things over and over.
- Protein shakes are okay, but I get tired of them so quickly.

Birth Control And Missed Periods

I was put on BC to help with my PCOS. My last two “periods” were really just spotting. This one has been three days of medium to light bleeding. Has this happened to anyone else of birth control? I take my sugar pill week, usually take them at the same time everyday.

I recently just stopped taking birth control pills. But, the past few days i have been experiencing these wierd dizzy spells & feeling light headed. Its kind of a scarey feeling.. has anyone else experienced this?

Do any of you ladies deal with random bouts of acid reflux? I havent had any issues for a while...but this past week its been horrible and its causing a horrible tickle in my throat (which is not nice to have during these times). Any suggestions on how to calm it down so i dont have everyone thinking im a covid case?
