The amount of protein is based on body weight. If you’re eating high protein, one article I read online recommended 1.4 lbs X kg of your bodyweight.

Has Anyone Found A Good Way To Treat Acne Beside Remaining On Birth Control For Life?

I was diagnosed with PCOS while trying to get pregnanct 13 years ago my only symptom was severe cystic acne was on combo birth control all these years but started suffering from massive sleep issues and found out i had no progesterone from the pill suppression so went off of it and working with a functional med doc to balance my hormones and see if i can live off of the pill but the horrible cystic acne has returned anyone have any success being off of the pill with acne and if so what works?

My left tube is blocked, but my ovary is ok. My right fallopian tube and ovary are the opposite of what my left ovary and fallopian tube are.

Anyone Else Out There FINALLY Diagnosed With PCOS After Years Of Mental Health Treatment? Anxiety And Depression

For context I am a 27yr old female with long history of anxiety and depression, tried many different antidepressants over the years. Always been told since I was diagnosed at age 6 that I must just have a chemical imbalance in my brain. Fast forward to age 26, I got an IUD placed by my gyno who informed me I had PCOS. Metformin, Birth Control, Lexapro

Good afternoon all,
I’ve had PCOS for the last16 years and have been on 1,000 mg metformin for insulin resistance and Yaz now Nikki birth control to help with my cysts and hormones. Added in lexapro a couple years ago to help with fluctuating high highs and low lows. Is anyone else on this combination or taking any of the 3. I’m now 36 and wanting to know what’s working for others.

I have been having highs and lows because I haven't stepped. High dheas can cause insomnia or sleep issues and anxiety.
